Siempre debemos procurar detectar las necesidades, gustos, preferencias, hábitos o costumbres particulares de nuestros clientes.
Ello nos permitirá ofrecer un trato personalizado, por ejemplo, ofrecer un producto especialmente diseñado de acuerdo a los gustos o preferencias particulares de algún cliente.
Para detectar los gustos o preferencias particulares de nuestros clientes, debemos hacerles seguimiento y analizar, por ejemplo, cuáles son los productos que más utilizan, cuáles son sus hábitos de consumo, cuáles sus preferencias de compra, etc.
8. Estar atentos a la competencia
Así como debemos estar siempre atentos a nuestro mercado o público objetivo, también debemos estar siempre atentos a nuestra competencia.
Debemos estar atentos a las estrategias o acciones que realice, así como a la aparición de nuevos competidores.
Dicha información nos permitirá reaccionar rápidamente, diseñando estrategias que nos permitan hacer frente a las suyas, o tomar decisiones que nos permitan contrarrestar o aprovechar sus acciones.
9. Usar testimonios
Siempre que no sea posible, debemos buscar testimonios de clientes satisfechos, para luego usar dichos testimonios como carta de presentación ante otros clientes.
Mientras más sean los testimonios y mientras más conocidos sean los clientes que nos los hagan, mejor impresión causaremos.
Podemos publicar los testimonios, por ejemplo, en nuestros folletos o página web; o simplemente podemos mencionarle a clientes potenciales, los clientes importantes que hayamos atendido así como los servicios que les hayamos brindados.
10. Buscar referidos
Siempre que nos sea posible, debemos procurar que nuestros clientes nos recomienden con otros consumidores.
Una forma de lograr ello es haciendo uso de promociones, por ejemplo, dándole cupones a nuestros clientes para que sean canjeados por personas que ellos haya recomendado.
Siempre debemos idear estrategias que nos permitan ser recomendados, sin embargo, debemos recordar que la mejor forma de lograr que nos recomienden, es brindando un producto o servicio de buena calidad.

Que tu sitio web no sea un desastre en beneficios
El 29% de los usuarios de Internet realizaron alguna compra en 2002
En 2003 ese porcentaje subió hasta…el 40%
Y este porcentaje no ha cesado de aumentar…
En 2004: el 48%
En 2005 éramos ya el 57% los que hacíamos compras por Internet …
Según la última encuesta del Estudio General de Internet EGI, en2010 el 82,5% de los Internautas que tienen conexión permanente a su correo son compradores en Internet.
Cada vez somos más los que compramos Online, y cada vez gastamos más dinero por Internet.
Bien, tenemos personas que compran en la Red, tenemos un producto o servicio que una parte de esas personas (nuestro nicho de mercado) quiere ó necesita …
¿Entonces? … ¡Crea un Sitio Web!
Pero antes …
Analicemos los aspectos que hacen que un sitio logre vender en Internet:
EL PRODUCTO:
Para empezar asegúrate de que tu producto cumple los requisitos para poder venderlo por Internet. Si falla en algo: modifícalo, o modifica el objetivo principal de tu sitio Web. Por ejemplo si vendes un software de 453$ un objetivo lógico sería conseguir que el cliente descargara una versión de 30 días de prueba, posteriormente, habrá que comprobar si ha quedado satisfecho, y hacerle volver para que compre el programa.
Debes reflexionar sobre tu producto para luego componer el texto adecuado en tu página de ventas:
¿Qué es exactamente mi producto?, Y ¿Qué hace?
¿Qué beneficios puede aportarle a mi nicho de mercado?
Encuentra y destaca aquello por lo que tu producto se diferencia de otros “similares”, demostrando sus ventajas respecto a ellos.

Investiga lo que están haciendo tus competidores directos, con productos parecidos, estudia sus estrategias de venta en la Red.
LOS OBJETIVOS:
Ponte un objetivo principal en cada página si tu sitio se compone de varias. El objetivo principal es “aquello ” que queremos que la persona haga después de navegar por nuestra página. Debe ser una acción, y muy concreta.
Habrá un objetivo final para tu sitio web (qué suele ser conseguir el click que produce la venta) pero hay que seguir una estrategia. Métete en la piel de tus posibles clientes, indaga en cada paso que lleva a la siguiente decisión, y redacta tus páginas siempre en la misma dirección, la de conseguir ese objetivo principal.Cuando creas haberlo conseguido piensa: ”¿Hay alguna razón por la que mi nicho de mercado no compraría este producto?”
Por supuesto sabes cual debe ser la respuesta.
EL SEGUIMIENTO:
Ofrece algo para establecer una relación con tu mercado: libros o utilidades gratis, y un boletín períodico, a cambio de su email. De esta manera tendrás contacto permanente con tus posibles clientes.Un tanto por ciento muy elevado acabará comprando en tu sitio si les das información y servicios que puedan aprovechar.
El DISEÑO Y LA NAVEGABILIDAD:
Las palabras son las que venden, NO las imágenes. NUNCA cargar de peso una página con gráficos sacrificando su tiempo de descarga. La red es aún demasiado lenta para la mayoría de nosotros.
Utiliza verbos fuertes, activos, y cargados emocionalmente. Deshecha palabras demasiado largas, o técnicas, y emplea otras que tienen cierto “poder” en sí mismas, como: gratis, beneficio, nuevo, ahora, secreto, fácil, ahorra, garantizado, impresionante, cómo… ¡Sí!, y la más mágica de todas las palabras… TU.
Construye párrafos pequeños. De dos o tres frases, procurar que no excedan las 4 líneas en total.
De vez en cuando introduce algún párrafo de una sóla línea y deja espacios entre párrafos, que tu página respire y la lectura sea más llevadera.
Escribe con absoluta claridad. Si tienes la más mínima duda de que algo pudiera ser difícil de entender, mejóralo.
El tono de la página de ventas debe ser atrevido, excitante, y que invite a la acción. Presenta los beneficios de tu producto con convicción, pero también con honestidad y credibilidad. No caigas en la exageración y el mal gusto.
No se recomienda usar frames: los buscadores tienen problemas para encontrar y clasificar las páginas.Igualmente hay que tener cuidado con los programas de edición WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) ya que suelen introducir gran cantidad de información “sobrante” en código HTML que “despista” a los motores de búsqueda.
Desarrolla una estructura de navegación sencilla. Que se sepa en todo momento donde nos encontramos.
LA PÁGINA DE INICIO:
Coloca toda tu artillería pesada en el primer párrafo de tupágina de inicio. Si no consigues que el visitante se veaatraído desde el primer momento, lo más fácil es que … ¡click!… se vaya a otro lado. Se esfumó tu venta. Quizás el resto de argumentos eran muy válidos, pero si no consigues mantener a esa persona en tu sitio el tiempo suficiente no habrá servido de nada.
No dejes de incluír todos los beneficios que vas a ofrecer, puedes hacer una breve introducción a cada uno de ellos, después facilita el camino hacia la siguiente página (un paso más cerca de tu objetivo final).
LA ESTRUCTURA DE UN SITIO:
Revisa todas tus páginas, deben seguir una misma línea estética, y revisa todos los encabezamientos, asegúrate de que encierran un buen mensaje y de que el texto utilizado es contundente.
Termina todas tus página con un link que consiga situar a tu visitante un paso más cerca de tu objetivo final.
Escribe y reescribe todos los textos tantas veces como sea preciso. Es un trabajo duro, pero también muy gratificante ver como cada vez tu sitio Web es más claro, equilibrado, y… efectivo.
LAS HERRAMIENTAS:
Gráficos e imágenes: Encontrarás cientos de sitios en la Red donde podrás bajarte cualquier imagen que necesites. Para retocarlas o para crear las tuyas propias necesitarás un programa de diseño gráfico. Dependiendo en la complejidad que busques tienes desde los freeware hasta los que cuestan 300€.
También puedes contratar los servicios de un diseñador gráfico para crear tu logotipo o algún otro elemento que necesites.
Si de verdad quieres vender en internet, no arruines todo tu trabajo dando una imagen de “aficionado”.
